Q1. What will be the wrapping of sake with name?
All name-added products are delivered by gift wrapping.

Q2. What are the packaging specifications?
Delivered in double packaging so that the contents cannot be seen.
When shipping products at our shop, we ship in double packaging. First of all, a cushioning material (bubble wrap) is wrapped around the product itself, and then put in cardboard.
Q3. Will alcohol and anniversary newspapers arrive separately?
Both sake and Anniversary newspaper
It will be delivered in the same paulownia box.
We deliver sake (or juice) in a luxurious paulownia box and an anniversary newspaper folded in a translucent envelope.
Q4. Can I have a handbag?
Only when the orderer receives it
I will attach a handbag.
In the case of delivery to the address of the orderer, a handbag is attached free of charge, assuming that personalized sake is carried. If the delivery address is directly different from the address of the orderer, no carrying bag is attached.
Q5. Will the receipt / statement be delivered with the product?
Receipts and statements are issued only upon request.
For customers who order name sake, we do not attach a statement or receipt. This is for consideration as a gift product. Please contact us if you wish. We will send you a receipt and statement by email.
Q6. Can I issue a receipt / statement even after the product arrives?
Receipts and statements can be issued even after delivery.
After receiving the product, even if a receipt or statement is required, if you can contact us, we will send it separately by e-mail. Please feel free to tell us.
