We always give you a delivery slip after shipment

All customers who have ordered at our store are always sending shipping information by e-mail. The delivery slip number of the customer's package is also included in the email, so you can check the delivery status and change the designated delivery date and time zone.

Changing the designated delivery date / time zone after delivery

Please make changes to the Yamato Transport Service Center yourself, or contact our store. If you are in a hurry, it will be the quickest way for you to do the change yourself. * Since our shop is between the shipping company and the customer, it takes time.

About shipping address change after delivery (except some conditions)

You can change the delivery destination after delivery, but customers who use "COD" as the payment method cannot change the delivery destination.

Delays may occur depending on traffic conditions and weather

Delays may occur on the specified date and time of delivery due to traffic conditions to the destination and bad weather. You can check the delivery status of your package by entering the slip number from the shipping company website.

We do not accept delivery company designation

All luggage delivered from our shop will be “Yamato Transport”. Please note that other carriers cannot be specified.

Delivery to home delivery boxes and residence managers is also possible

It can also be delivered to a delivery box installed in a condominium or apartment, or to a residence manager.

■ If you wish to deliver to the delivery box

If you proceed with your order, the communication field or remarks field will appear. If there is a description such as “To home delivery box when you are away,” we will state that on the delivery slip and arrange for delivery. However, please understand that it may be brought back if the product does not fit in the delivery box.

■ If you wish to deliver to the residence manager

If you proceed with your order, the communication field or remarks field will appear. If there is a description such as “Luggage to condominium manager”, we will state that on the delivery slip and arrange for delivery. * Please notify the administrator in advance that the package will arrive.

Because it is a full order product, we can not accept returns

Please note that we do not accept any returns after the product arrives, as all the products we handle are full order products.
